Our group fitness classes can be scaled for any level athlete and run from five o'clock in the morning until nine o'clock in the evening during the week to accommodate the busiest of schedules.

Saturday workouts are "partner" workouts designed for high energy and maximum cardio. Seasonal beach workouts run March through October and have been called the "best outdoor workout" in Santa Monica. Sunday is our famous KettleBell Hell class.

All classes are 60 minutes and include warm-up, work out of the day, mobility and cool-down.
